What is photorejuvenation?
This treatment consists of the emission of light which stimulates fibroblasts ( cells responsible for the production of collagen and elastin ). By passing through the epidermis without damaging it, the light creates heat which will have the effect of brightening the complexion and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. This treatment can also treat skin with redness, acne-prone skin and pigment spots.
The treatment is not appropriate on dark or tanned skin or if a self-tanning product has been applied. The sessions are generally carried out as a treatment in order to optimize the results and allow the progressive stimulation of the cells.
Results appear up to 72 hours following the first session and are cumulative.
